Food Ministry

The directors and dedicated volunteers in the Food Ministry work tirelessly to provide food for numerous needy people in our area. Open every Tuesday; the team provides ministry through nutritious food, a listening ear, and compassionate prayer for those who desire it. The Food Ministry serves the residents of Lowndes County
Located on church grounds, the Food Ministry has distributed more than 1 million pounds of food since its inception. Clients are allowed to receive food donations once a month for as long as they remain in need.

Kids
We want our children to learn that God is fun and creative, and He loves them. Because much of our children’s value system is determined during their younger years, we desire to teach them, not just babysit them.
We share the Bible in a fun and exciting way that encourages our children to live for God. Our programs are designed so that our children WANT to come to church every week.

Sunday Mornings
Ages 0-Kindergarten:
During our worship service, we have a safe nursery and fun environment for children 0 years of age to Kindergarten. When you come in there will be a sign directing you to our nursery. Sign your child in and leave them to play with our caring workers.
Grades 1st – 6th:
Welcome to Castle Rock! We have a castle built on the Rock of our Salvation, Jesus Christ! During our worship service, school-age children learn a Bible lesson on their level with puppets, object lessons, activities, games, and so much more to reinforce what they are being taught.
